I have a love hate relationship with running. After my gymnastics days, I became pretty lazy. I trained for a 5k with friends in 2011, it kicked my smoking habit, and made me appreciate running. I ran my second 5k in 2012 and hope to run at least 2 this year. I’ve been on a running drought, since August 28, 2012 to be exact. I thought it would be a good idea to hop back on the treadmill and run 2 miles…my crying legs are saying otherwise at this moment.
